Combining my many years as a DJ with my somatic work, ecstatic dance is a guided yet open movement space where music, rhythm, and embodiment invite self-expression and connection. Grounded in fun, respect, and awareness, these sessions invite participants to explore their full-bodied power without judgement, substances or ego interference.
